Terms of Service

1. The service

OnyxWork provides a free teardown, a Pipeline Audit, a fixed-price Build, and optional Managed operation. The Build is a lead machine installed on your infrastructure and handed over with the repository. Managed operation is month-to-month.

2. Human approval

Every draft waits for a human review. OnyxWork never sends a message autonomously. You are responsible for approving the specific drafts that leave your systems.

3. Evidence and limits

Public source data can be incomplete. We represent an unchecked signal as unavailable, not as a negative finding. We do not guarantee pipeline, reply, revenue, or deliverability outcomes.

4. Pricing and cancellation

The Teardown is free. The Pipeline Audit is $500 one-time. The Build is $5,000 one-time. Managed operation is $3,000 per month. The first three clients may receive the Build at the stated $2,500 founding rate in exchange for a public case study. There are no annual contracts and no hidden setup fee in the retainer.

5. Your data and repo

You own the repository delivered to your GitHub organization and the infrastructure where it runs. You retain ownership of your data. We use authorized inputs only and do not guess contact addresses.
