Every reason should lead back to a public source.

A buying reason is only useful if your team can check it. We keep the source beside the company and make missing checks visible instead of filling the gap with a guess.

The public sources we use

Company websites

We read public home, pricing, careers, about, contact, team, and press pages for facts that explain the company and its current situation.

Public job boards

Open sales and go-to-market roles can show where a company is spending and which problems it is trying to solve.

Public market sources

We use public directories and indexes to build the market you asked us to research, rather than starting from a generic purchased list.

Published contacts

We use addresses found on company-controlled pages. We do not guess an email pattern and label it verified.

Research can run. Sending still waits.

The engine can collect sources, compare companies, and draft emails in the background. That does not give it permission to contact anyone.

Every draft goes to a person for review. The reviewer can change the message, reject the evidence, or decide the company should not be contacted at all.

Common questions

Do you need private data to run the free teardown?

No. The free teardown starts with your domain and public sources. If a paid engagement needs private inputs, we agree the boundary before anything is connected.

Can you work with our existing CRM?

Usually, once the research output and approval flow are clear. We will confirm the exact handoff during scoping rather than claim a connector exists before checking.

What happens when a source is missing?

We mark the check as unavailable. Missing evidence should not turn into a confident claim that the company lacks something.

Where does the installed engine run?

On infrastructure the client controls, with the repository in the client's GitHub organization. The technical details are agreed during the installed build.
