Refund Policy

Free teardown

The teardown has no charge. If the report has not arrived within the stated few-hour window, contact us and we will investigate the queue.

Installed build

The Installed build is $5,000 one-time and delivered in 3 to 4 weeks. If the scope changes, we will document the change before doing additional work. Contact enterprise@onyxwork.dev promptly if the agreed deliverable is materially incomplete.

Managed

Managed delivery is $3,000 per month and month-to-month. Cancel before the next billing period to stop the following month. Work already performed in the current period is not automatically refundable.

Founding rate

The first three clients may receive the Installed build at $2,500 in exchange for a public case study. The same delivery and refund terms apply. The lower price is not a guarantee of an outcome.
