Call Coverage Pilot
The Call Coverage Pilot costs $750 once and covers 30 days of running with up to 300 minutes. Before we switch it on, we agree in writing your hours, your emergency rules and where jobs get booked.
Guarantee: if, 30 days after it goes live, it has not booked at least 2 jobs that you can see in your own job software, ask for a refund and we return the full $750. You do not have to prove anything beyond what your software shows.
Launch Sprint
The Launch Sprint costs $1,500. If you bought the pilot first, its fee is credited. Before we start, we agree in writing which workflow we will build, what a good result looks like and the timeline. The same pays-for-itself guarantee applies, measured on that workflow. If the agreed work is clearly incomplete, we finish it or refund in full or in part, confirmed in writing.
Managed Intake and Managed AI Operations
Managed Intake costs $990 a month and Managed AI Operations costs $3,500 a month. Both run month to month. To cancel, tell us before your next billing date and you will not be charged for the following month. Work already done in the current month is not refunded automatically, but if something went wrong that month, raise it and we will review it with you.
How to raise a request
Send us a message through the contact form with your receipt or invoice number, what was agreed and what went wrong. We confirm any refund or other remedy in writing.
Nothing on this page reduces any rights you have under your agreement with us or under the law.
