Refund Policy
Every agent deployment triggers immediate allocation of compute clusters, LLM inference tokens, and API integrations. These are non-recoverable operational costs.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of contract conclusion.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You can use the withdrawal button below or contact enterprise@onyxwork.dev.
Refund Upon Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract within the 14-day period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding the value of services already performed up to the point of withdrawal if the service was fully performed or has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you would lose the withdrawal right.
For services that have already commenced with your consent, reimbursement will be proportional to the unfulfilled portion. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
Case-by-Case Review (Non-EU)
For customers outside the EU, refund requests are reviewed individually within 5-7 business days. Approval is not guaranteed.
Deployments with zero agent runtime may be eligible for a partial refund minus infrastructure reservation fees.
Deployments with active agent runtime are generally not eligible. Annual subscriptions are not eligible for partial refunds.
What You Are Paying For
Your subscription covers dedicated infrastructure that is provisioned at the moment of deployment:
- Compute cluster allocation (GPU/CPU hours reserved exclusively for your agents)
- LLM inference tokens (consumed in real-time for reasoning, code generation, and analysis)
- Third-party API integrations (GitHub, Zendesk, Slack, HubSpot, etc.)
- Secure tenant isolation and AES-256 encrypted data storage
- 24/7 monitoring and anomaly detection infrastructure
These are not virtual or theoretical costs. They are physical resources consumed on your behalf from the moment of deployment.
How to Submit a Request
Email enterprise@onyxwork.dev with your account email, deployment ID, and a clear explanation of your situation. Include any relevant logs or performance data. Our team will review your resource consumption and respond within 5-7 business days with a decision.
